Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Event cancellation

If BEE TICKET cancels an event, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for your booking. Contact Customer Support with your booking reference for assistance with your refund.

2. Event postponement

Postponing an event does not automatically trigger a refund. If you would like a refund following a postponement, you can request a full refund through Customer Support.

3. Customer-initiated requests

If you choose to cancel your booking after purchasing a ticket, you can request a full refund through Customer Support.

4. How to request a refund

Use the Contact Us form or the existing contact details on that page. Use the subject “Refund request” and include your booking reference, event name and date, the email address used for the booking, and the reason for your request. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full card or bank account details.

5. Processing time

BEE TICKET reviews refund requests within 1–7 business days of receiving the request. Approved refunds are initiated within 2 calendar days after approval. The initiation timeframe starts when the refund is approved, not when the request is submitted.

After a refund is initiated, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit your account. This crediting time is separate from BEE TICKET’s review and initiation timeframes and depends on the bank or payment provider.

6. Refund method

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. If that method does not support a refund, contact Customer Support to confirm the available arrangements.

7. Full refund amount

A full refund returns the entire amount paid to BEE TICKET for your booking, including any fees charged as part of that purchase. BEE TICKET does not deduct refund fees or other charges. For example, if you paid RM 200 for your booking, your refund will be RM 200.
